Package Flags

Use the -f option with cabal commands to enable flags

half (off by default)

build with half support

lite (off by default)

only build with Double and Long support

float (off by default)

Build with float support. THC doesn't seem to build uniform Float types by default.

with_nn (on by default)

build with nn support
