Package Flags

Use the -f option with cabal commands to enable flags

dev (off by default)

Turn on development settings.

util (on by default)

Compiles console utily for testing and rendering templates.

yaml (on by default)

Compiles console utily with Yaml support.

regex (on by default)

Adds support of regex matching in expressions.
