Installation

Package Flags

Use the -f option with cabal commands to enable flags

    flower (on by default)

    Build the flower executable.

    frecover (on by default)

    Build the frecover executable.

    fclip (on by default)

    Build the fclip executable.

Readme

The library contains the functionality for reading and writing SFF files (sequencing data from 454 and Ion Torrent). It duplicates code from (and is incompatible with) the "bio" library.
