BiobaseHTTP provides tools to interface the Bioinformatics REST services, currently Entrez, Ensembl.

Usage instructions can be found in the README

Currently following Tools are included:

FetchSequences: Retrieves sequence in fasta format
AccessionToTaxId: Converts NCBI accession number to taxonomy id
GeneIdToGOTerms: Retrieve GOterms for a Ensembl GeneId
GeneIdToUniProtId Retrieves UniProtId for a Ensembl GeneId
